The ESP Lead-Free Helicopter Leader – 1m is a high-performance, pre-spliced leader designed to offer stealth, strength, and safe helicopter rig presentation. Made from an extra heavy yet supple lead-free material, this low-diameter leader sinks quickly and hugs the contours of the lakebed, making it virtually invisible across a wide range of subsurface environments.

Each leader is spliced at both ends, providing a secure and streamlined joint that passes smoothly through rod guides and ensures maximum strength. The 1 metre length is ideal for long-range casting, offering optimum rod compression and minimal resistance on the cast. Its supple nature allows it to settle naturally, following lakebed contours to reduce the chances of spooking wary fish.

The helicopter rig setup is perfect for presenting rigs over silt, weed, or soft bottoms, allowing the hooklink to rotate freely and settle above debris. The included top and bottom beads are perfectly positioned to keep your rig safe and effective during flight, casting, and retrieval.
