ESP Leadcore Chod Rig Leaders are expertly constructed using ultra-reliable ESP Leadcore, paired with high-quality components for optimal chod rig presentation. Each leader includes Leadcore Stop Beads, a specialist Chod Rig Sleeve, and a quick-change clip link to securely hold the lead. Perfect for use with ESP ready-tied chod rigs, these leaders make rig setup fast, neat, and effective.

To attach your chod rig, simply remove the top bead, slide the hooklink onto the leader, and replace the bead over the short section of silicone tube. The Chod Rig Sleeve acts as a streamlined cover for the lead clip, while the extended soft silicone section acts as a shock-absorbing buffer, reducing impact during casting and preventing the hook point from contacting the lead.

The abrasion-resistant ESP Leadcore is extremely supple, allowing it to hug the lakebed and follow its contours perfectly. Each leader is spliced at both ends for a neat, strong connection and rated to 45lb (20.5kg). Available in Choddy Silt, Original Camo, and Weedy Green, these leaders come in 1.0m or 1.5m lengths—with the shorter version ideal for long-range casting and the longer version perfect for fishing over weed or when a longer setup is needed.
