ESP Tungsten Putty

ESP Tungsten Fishing Putty has been meticulously developed through multiple rounds of testing and refinement to deliver the perfect balance of weight, durability, and usability. Designed for critical rig tuning, this high-performance tungsten putty offers optimum density, allowing small amounts to be precisely moulded around swivels or hook links to counterbalance pop-ups and fine-tune a variety of carp rig presentations.

Its adhesive properties ensure it stays firmly in place during casting and while in use, even in demanding conditions. Once submerged, the putty hardens slightly, increasing its resilience and reducing the risk of slippage. Unlike many brittle alternatives, ESP Tungsten Putty is slightly elastic, making it easier to mould and work with—especially when warmed in the hands. In colder conditions, its malleability can be enhanced by gentle heat from a lighter or warm surface.

To use, simply pinch off a small amount, stretch and knead to improve pliability and adhesion, then apply to your rig. You can also trim away excess once in place to achieve the perfect balance for critically tuned setups. Available in Weedy Green, Camo Brown, and Choddy Silt, it can be colour-matched to lakebed conditions or blended for a custom camouflage effect.
